'In Chocolate'
Various personalities from the Soviet media-scape
who were associated for a long time with the past
have recently become the new representatives of
contemporary Russia as a result of today's creeping
nostalgia for the Soviet past. We decided to bring
these resurrected dinosaurs to the vital and aesthetic
surroundings of Venice and with the help of an
optical illusion, place them in the interior of a
chocolate fountain, into its 'sweet life'. But even here,
they continue to sing the words of the Soviet hymn.
